Job Description
What You'll Do
- Hire, develop and lead an organization of approximately 5-12 Consultants, from Associate-level through Principal level.
- Attain team quarterly and annual billable targets including realization, utilization, backlog, revenue
- Manage individual team members through organization transformation
- Collaborate with Professional Services leadership and Customer Experience leadership on implementation quality metrics and KPIs.
- Continuously improve service delivery and operations by reducing TTV, reducing LOEs, and increasing CSAT
- Build & update processes to ensure an optimal implementation experience for clients & employees
- Research and keep your team update of industry trends
- Provide consulting services that ensure optimal customer value and satisfaction
- Oversee scoping, estimating, proposing and staff allocation
- Escalation point for clients specific to your team & business unit
Your First 90 Days
In your First 30 Days, you will:
- Attend new hire orientation and begin building relationships with key stakeholders across our business
- Meet with your direct reports & peers to build relationships, recommendations and areas of opportunity
- Shadow consulting calls, including kick-off, requirements gathering, data conversion and client calls
- Understand use of our internal tools (Monday, Confluence, Unanet, etc.), product offering, and implementation process
- Understand current metrics & state of the business
In your First 60 Days, you will:
- Build a recommended 3- and 6-month business plan to be able to obtain key metrics
- Start to own & maintain metrics for the business unity including forecast, effort, revenue, realization, and backlog
- Ability to create Change Orders, as needed
- Understand the partner relationship (direct & sub) to better make decisions in the future on how to leverage
- Audit projects side by side with other Services Leadership to understand & recommend areas of opportunities
In your First 90 Days, you will:
- Understand future pipeline work and capacity of the existing team
- Regular reviews with individuals and teams of metrics
- Handle escalations within business unit
- Execute on PS roadmap of key initiatives
- You will attain 15% billable realization target
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience leading a consulting team in B2B software specifically ERP
- Driven by metrics such as utilization, realization, revenue, margins, and TTV
- Experienced in fixed fee and T&M environments
- Experience with Resource Planning
- Ability to work cross-functionally with departments including Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related

The salary range for this opportunity is $140,000 - $160,000 per year. You will be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
