Accountabilities:

  • Lead early-stage feasibility and viability assessments for proposed clinical studies, providing scientific and operational recommendations regarding study execution.
  • Evaluate study concepts and protocol requirements to determine optimal country, site, and investigator selection strategies.
  • Utilize feasibility technologies and data platforms, including real-world evidence tools, to generate insights on patient populations, enrollment potential, and study risks.
  • Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports detailing enrollment projections, therapeutic landscapes, local treatment practices, protocol considerations, and site identification strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, monitoring teams, real-world evidence experts, and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new technologies, processes, and methodologies that enhance feasibility capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Review and validate feasibility deliverables to ensure quality standards and timeline commitments are consistently achieved.
  • Support team growth initiatives, including capability building, process improvement, and potential involvement in recruitment activities.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal procedures, including ICH-GCP requirements.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field required; Master's degree or Health Data Sciences qualification preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries.
    • Strong scientific understanding of therapeutic areas and clinical trial methodologies.
    • Demonstrated experience conducting clinical trial feasibility, study viability assessments, or site and country selection activities.
    • Excellent knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and global clinical development processes.
    • Experience utilizing feasibility platforms, data analytics tools, and real-world evidence solutions to support decision-making.
    • Proven ability to author scientific reports and communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Prior experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions in matrixed environments.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
