Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a bi-annual, ABM-driven field marketing strategy focused on accelerating regional pipeline growth and supporting key account priorities
  • Design and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing programs including in-person and virtual events, digital campaigns, email, direct mail, and social activation
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals, territory strategies, and revenue objectives

  • Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings to ensure all field marketing activities reinforce positioning and value propositions
  • Lead, mentor, and support field marketing managers and specialists, fostering strong execution and strategic thinking
  • Analyze campaign performance and pipeline data to optimize channel mix, improve ROI, and refine ABM strategies
  • Manage regional budgets, including forecasting, vendor selection, negotiation, and spend optimization
  • Deliver regular performance reporting with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
    • 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within a technology or software environment
    • Proven experience building and executing regional or account-based marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue impact
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot or similar platforms
    • Experience managing budgets, forecasting spend, and measuring ROI across marketing programs
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior sales and executive stakeholders
    • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Self-driven, independent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
    • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market B2B sales organizations is preferred
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary range of $120,000–$149,750 depending on experience and location
      • Variable compensation in addition to base salary
      • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan
      • Paid vacation time and company holidays
      • Professional development and training opportunities
      • Remote work flexibility within the United States
