Senior Manager, Financial Analysis - Remote

The Sr. Manager of Financial Analysis manages the development and continuous improvement of Nordic's finance processes, consolidation, and financial reporting strategies. This role will enhance the ability of internal partners to analyze and respond to key trends, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of Nordic's accounting systems and associated data.

The Sr Manager of Financial Analysis will have the following key responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for coordination, consolidation of monthly actuals, quarterly forecast, annual plans, and long-range strategic plans
• Directs and oversees the preparation and distribution of all periodic consolidated financial statements and reports.
• Responsible for of weekly, monthly, quarterly and Board reports and materials as required
• Designing and developing financial reports and analysis, both routine and ad hoc, to support complex analysis, key operating activities and leadership reporting.
• Designing processes to streamline and automate finance process as it relates to budget, forecast, reporting etc.
• Researching a wide variety of financial and administrative topics for purpose of providing information and/or recommendations to leadership.
• Ensures that reports comply with Nordic and parent company guidelines and timelines.
• Other Ad-hoc requests

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7 or more years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial concepts
• Advanced experience in integrated financial systems/software applications (NetSuite a plus) and MS Excel, Power BI
• Experience utilizing strong intuitive analytic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
