About the position:

G-P is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Lifecycle Marketing to lead lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, conversion, and lifetime value. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and deeply partners with Regional Demand Generation, Revenue, and other teams across the organization.


What you'll do:

  • Set the vision and roadmap for establishing a Global Lifecycle Marketing function from the ground up.
  • Own global lifecycle marketing strategy and build customer engagement, retention and growth marketing programs, campaigns and assets for sales and product led GTM motions.
  • Design email segmentation and personalization strategies leveraging 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data.
  • Plan and execute regular communication to our prospect and customer databases.
  • Become the subject matter expert on G-P’s customers and their key journeys.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing to optimize website and self-serve touchpoints.
  • Develop email center of excellence in collaboration with Demand Generation and RevOps.
  • Measure and optimize lifecycle program performance; update stakeholders on key KPIs.
  • Manage the global email calendar in conjunction with Demand Generation.
  • Recommend tools to track and optimize the full customer lifecycle.
  • Lead and develop a team of lifecycle marketers.

What we're looking for:

  • 10-12 years building and executing successful omni channel lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Experience marketing to Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
  • E-commerce experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and database marketing best practices.
  • Understand customer journeys and how to effectively use them in lifecycle marketing.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating positive and personalized experiences.
  • A/B testing experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Bias for action.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $128,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
