- Proven ability to design and optimize HRIS and payroll system integrations, with a strong focus on automation and elimination of manual workflows.
- Deep understanding of payroll compliance, financial controls, audit readiness, and regulatory considerations within high-growth technology or fintech environments.
- Demonstrated player-coach leadership style, with experience managing and developing remote operational teams while remaining deeply involved in execution.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate operational complexity into actionable insights that drive scalability and efficiency.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, HR, IT, and leadership stakeholders in a distributed environment.
- Competitive base salary range of $150,000–$180,000, plus equity opportunities and potential sign-on incentives.
