This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the systems strategy that powers a growing go-to-market organization.
The ideal candidate will own the architecture, optimization, and scalability of critical business systems across the revenue ecosystem.
You will serve as a strategic partner to business operations leaders, translating complex business needs into reliable technical solutions.
This position combines hands-on systems expertise with long-term roadmap planning, process improvement, and innovation.
You will help create efficient workflows, strengthen data governance, and reduce operational complexity through automation.
Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build systems that support sustainable growth.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems will be responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the technology infrastructure that supports revenue operations. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical execution, and stakeholder management to ensure systems remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Partner with business operations leadership to define systems strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive operational efficiency across the go-to-market organization.
  • Own the business systems roadmap, including evaluating optimization opportunities, recommending new technologies, and leading large-scale implementations.
  • Architect integrations and data flows across the revenue technology ecosystem, ensuring strong system connectivity and Salesforce remains a reliable source of truth.
  • Manage and optimize critical workflows including lead routing, attribution, account hierarchy, CPQ processes, order management, and renewals.
  • Serve as a hands-on administrator for key business tools, managing configurations, implementations, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.
  • Lead requirements gathering, vendor evaluations, project planning, Agile delivery, and successful launches of business applications.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical maps, field libraries, integration records, and system change logs.
  • Develop data governance frameworks with clear ownership, quality standards, service expectations, and escalation processes.
  • Maintain strong security practices across business systems, including user access management, permissions, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered enhancements and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making.
  • Build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams by translating business challenges into practical system solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes, reducing manual work, and creating scalable operational practices.
  • Requirements:

    The successful candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce strategy, business systems architecture, and revenue technology operations. This role requires a strategic systems thinker who can combine technical expertise with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

    • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce strategy with demonstrated progression into systems architecture and advanced technical capabilities.
    • Experience managing multiple interconnected systems, including CRM, marketing, analytics, CPQ, and other revenue technology platforms.
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and Salesforce ecosystem best practices.
    • Proven experience leading application implementations, integrations, and systems optimization initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of data architecture, governance principles, and methods for improving data quality at scale.
    • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
    • Hands-on CPQ experience required, with experience in modern CPQ solutions preferred.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeanData, 6sense, Planhat, Highspot, Chili Piper, or similar platforms.
    • Understanding of SaaS business models, including product-led growth and account-based marketing strategies.
    • Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to evaluate solutions based on cost, complexity, timeline, and business impact.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
    • A collaborative mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
