Senior Manager, Operations Implementation Public Sector (FAR)

Reporting to the Sr. Director Operations Compliance and Global Asset Protection, Sr. Manager Operations Implementation will play a critical role in ensuring operations are set up to support public sector contracts by prioritizing ensuring we are able to support complex customer requests and deliver the highest level of service. A hands-on yet strategic leader who can oversee the tools, processes, and people to help us scale for the future. He/she will also bring a strong background in breaking down contractual requirements and own the strategy on how to meet them operationally.  Proven experience managing the planning activities of a large, complex company is key. 

You will:

• Have an opportunity to get in at the ground level and build out implementation strategy, framework and process. 
• Work closely with senior leadership on the public policy capture and proposal team as well as senior leadership in operations to ensure seamless implementation of requirements.  
• Support large competitive opportunities and be a key leader in ensuring the right support and capabilities on the operational side.    
• Create an onboarding process to standardize requirements applicable to and supported by operations - work with senior operations leadership to document requirements and establish a tracking mechanism to verify readiness.   
• Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track operations compliance and performance against public sector contractual requirements. 

You should have: 

• 7+ years experience managing implementations for public sector contracts and complex commercial transactions.  Public sector experience is required, and commercial experience is desired. 
• A successful track record of creating framework and implementation processes for complex transactions, with little to no infrastructure.
• Strong professional and educational background with at least a Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree is a plus.
• Willingness for some travel, as needed, to support business needs.
