Founded in 2020, our team built four of today’s most widely played fantasy games and recently launched our Underdog Sportsbook. About the role and why it’s unique:
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high performing environment.
- Bring unique partnership opportunities to the table, staying ahead of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Develop and execute creative engagement strategies to maximize the impact and reach of partnerships.
- Conduct cold outreach to creators, agents, and agencies to identify and secure new partnership opportunities.
- Handle inbound leads and evaluate potential partnerships to align with company objectives.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and larger deals, ensuring favorable terms that drive value for both partners and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
Who you are:
- 6+ years of experience in a partnerships role, with a proven track record of successful partnership development and management.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Ability to bring unique partnership ideas and engagement strategies.
- Proven success managing multiple partnerships accounts.
- Analytical and able to use data to drive decision making.
Even better if you have:
- Gaming or sports industry experience
- Experience building partnerships with creators and influencers
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
