We are looking for a Senior Manager in the Programme and Project Delivery Team within the Population Health Business Unit. The aim of our Population Health Business Unit is to deliver a software platform product offering that extends Evidation's population measurement and engagement capabilities to other B2B Customers with a custom-branded experience. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently with little oversight, and a successful track record of planning and driving the delivery of large, complex projects and initiatives.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES 

• Be responsible for the successful delivery of programmes, while upholding quality standards and requirements throughout the programme lifecycle
• Deliver results for Evidation customers through effective communication, implementation, strategy development, and complex project management (includes scope development, timelines and milestone management; resource and budget planning and management; and risk identification/mitigation)
• Lead and participate in creative problem solving in situations with ambiguity to promote progress towards deployments in a timely manner.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all programme communication, internally and externally. Build high trust relationships with programme stakeholders with the goal to maximise the value to both our customers and the business.     
• Demonstrated ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software programs
• Identify ways customers derive further value from Evidation technology and services. 
• Coordinate with a high level of responsiveness with partners and internal teams across US and EU time zones. 

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS 

The following skills are critical to being successful in this role:

• 7+ years of project/account management, customer success, client engagement, or consulting experience in healthcare
• Direct experience working in SaaS deployment and / or software development
• Expert project management skills (including risk management, project planning, timelines, budgets, etc)
• Strong relationship management skills 
• Strong understanding of SaaS deployment processes and tools, agile SDLC methodologies and the programme manager's role in them
• Experience interfacing with Director level and above in internal and external organisations to build strong relationships and influence decisions
• Expertise in resolving conflicting priorities 
• A team player and natural born leader 
• Maintain a working knowledge of the UK healthcare / health tech industry, including challenges and opportunities in the sector, as well as UK workplace culture
