*** This role is 100% remote but would need to be close enough to commute to East Hanover, New Jersey office when needed.
Why this role exists : With our incredible brands & leadership in snacking categories, coupled with a unique Direct Store Delivery (DSD) route to market, we have the ability to establish & continuously redefine the execution excellence for our shoppers, in stores & online. In this role, you will leverage analytical skills & industry knowledge to help build our execution excellence standards, or Pictures of Success, for each category & channel. This includes defining excellence across in-store & online execution elements (e.g., display, shelf, planograms, assortment). You will also help define the impact that achieving these standards will have on the MDLZ business & customer's categories, translating strategies into real business impact.
What You'll Do: You will help drive competitive advantage for Mondelez at Retail
- Help create the Pictures of Success to define brilliant execution, based on insights, through to measurable in-store elements.
- Analyze potential impact of execution levers & provide sizing inputs for prioritization & annual planning.
- Set clear execution objectives by retailer and by category for both shelf and display linked to annual plans.
- Deploy and track in-store execution.
- Develop predictive capabilities development: leverage big data to develop algorithms/ predictive models to simulate and maximize revenue growth for Mondelēz at retail.
- Leverage execution results to refine models & improve results.
What You'll Need for Success - CPG and/or Retail experience is key .
- Strong analytics, especially modeling and data harmonization experience preferred.
- Capable of building data visualization outputs (PowerBi, Data Bricks, GCP, etc.)
- Experience with Nielsen and/or IRI POS highly desirable.
- Ability to influence the business agenda and make in-store execution recommendations.
- Strong learning agility.
- Significant experience translating data into insights: Ability to synthesize insights and quantify results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with prioritizing multiple deliverables, and overlapping deadlines.
- Experience with programming on Python/R desirable.
- Knowledge of our data architecture in D4GV desirable.
Required Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. (required) Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of proven experience in business analytics, preferably in commercial roles and/or CPG industries.
