REMOTE ROLE based in United States

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Manager Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Insights will be responsible for the management of price and promotional reporting. Work output will be featured at the highest levels of the company with real opportunity to influence national business direction and revenue growth strategy. The Senior Manager Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Insights role is ideal for someone that has spent time managing IRI or Nielsen data, time in corporate strategy or category management at a CPG company, or at a technology company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Informing business decisions at an operational, strategic and optimal level
  • Overseeing, developing, and maintaining sell-through and data reporting suites
  • Creating executive facing presentations
  • Building out dashboards/trackers and responding to ad-hoc queries from RGM leadership
  • Identifying best practices for promotion execution
  • Analyzing & optimizing the implementation of price & promotion strategy
  • Build & evaluate category volume projections as defined from the impact of price/promotional strategies
  • Identifying market disruptions opportunities & opportunities for new product launches
  • Shopper behavior modeling and analyses
  • Dissect national category performance for disruption opportunities & the quantification of the subsequent business cases

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with IRI, Nielsen, BI tools (i.e. Tableau, Microsoft BI), a CPG company, or a technology company specifically working with data portals, ideally in a strategic;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Relentless sense of prioritization 
  • Strong cross functional communication skills
  • Capacity to clearly communicate compelling data-driven messages and stories 
  • Ability to distill insights into strategy and actionable recommendations
  • High level of proficiency in Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint

EDUCATION: 

  • Quantitative undergraduate degree or Business undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
