Team Overview

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives 
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex solution-level platform-level or infrastructure products 
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverables 
• Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to design resilient scalable systems 
• Drive prioritization of initiatives based on impact feasibility and strategic alignment 
• Act as a bridge between business product and engineering teams 
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration 
• Establish KPIs monitor performance and enable data-driven decision making 
• Lead and mentor a team of TPMs fostering a culture of ownership and innovation 
• Drive execution excellence in an Agile delivery environment 

Required Knowledge and Experiences

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a strong technical focus and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) 
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing TPM or PM teams 
• Experience owning and delivering large-scale cross-functional programs with data platforms system integrations and platform architecture 
• Strong technical understanding of APIs microservices architecture and system design 
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) and distributed systems
