This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and transform digital customer experiences across a complex, multi-platform ecosystem. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will define and elevate UX/UI standards while shaping seamless, user-centered journeys that drive engagement and conversion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies and ensure cohesive experiences across websites, platforms, and tools. The position combines vision-setting with execution, requiring both creative design expertise and data-driven decision-making. You will champion innovation, accessibility, and continuous improvement, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance user experiences. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of web customer experience design across multiple digital platforms and ecosystems
  • Develop and implement UX/UI standards, frameworks, and best practices, including user journeys, design systems, and accessibility guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align digital experience strategies and ensure cohesive user journeys across platforms
  • Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that enhance usability and engagement
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to inform design decisions and validate solutions
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, analytics frameworks, and KPIs to drive continuous optimization
  • Oversee content and design quality to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and mobile responsiveness
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve UX/UI processes and outcomes
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on digital experience strategy, guiding teams toward best-in-class practices
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, web management, or digital experience leadership roles
    • Proven experience leading enterprise-level website strategies, redesigns, and multi-platform digital ecosystems
    • Strong expertise in UX/UI principles, including wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and responsive design
    • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO/SEM, and web performance optimization
    • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and other modern UX/UI platforms
    • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
    • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and data-driven optimization strategies
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
    • Experience working in cross-functional environments and Center of Excellence or shared services models is a plus
