Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Sales & Delivery Executive you will support IBM’s consistent growth by bringing to the table your Core banking and Payments domain expertise business development sales account management and delivery skills. On one hand you will be expected to lead a client consulting engagements while also presenting IBM’s point of view to new/existing clients responding to RFP developing client proposals defining solution and supporting the sales process.

Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week subject to business needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– Strong relationship and communication skills
– Deep knowledge of core banking and payments systems
– Familiarity with industry trends partner products and solutions
– Proven record of complex consulting sales

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
– 5-10 years of experience in core banking and payments solutions
– Personal brand in financial services payments community
– Ability to develop and present a point of view on how latest technology trends impact financial services industry
