Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprise Demand Generation
Job Description
The Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will drive marketing programs that generate demand and accelerate pipeline by increasing consideration, acquisition, and adoption of Spring Health with senior decision makers within the Enterprise sector. You will analyze channels performance and drive new initiatives across all channels (Events, Paid media and social, Affiliates, Content syndication, Display advertising, Video, Email, etc.). The successful candidate is data-driven, with strong attention to detail and extremely high standards, and able to drive a high number of projects in parallel, flawlessly, and on time. You have a passion for processes and strive to continuously simplify and optimize your own work. Being a key member in the Demand Generation Marketing team, you will work closely with our cross-functional marketing teams (i.e. brand and content, product marketing) and Sales and Business Development leaders to execute defined marketing campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop the full-funnel demand generation strategy for the Enterprise sector
- Drive conversion of marketing generated opportunities. Work with Sales and BDR leadership to ensure that qualified leads are assigned, pursued and tracked through the Enterprise Sales funnel.
- Develop and execute campaigns utilizing a variety of channels (owned and sponsored events, paid social, email, direct mail, content syndication).
- Work with revenue and marketing operations to establish key success metrics for the Enterprise sector and measure, report and analyze the impact of demand generation.
- Work with content marketing and product marketing to align on core messaging and elevate the quality of execution along each step of the buyer journey within the Enterprise sector
- Work with digital teams to conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
- Partner with sales and customer success to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for Enterprise customers and develop the right marketing plans to penetrate these accounts.
- Develop and manage budget and prioritization across tactics/channels with an eye toward ROI.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns.
- Success in meeting/exceeding MQL generation and conversion targets
- Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to build trusted relationships with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of how to leverage digital tools, such as Hubspot, Salesforce and 6Sense, to deploy marketing campaigns.
- Results-oriented mindset and comfort in analyzing data with an understanding of how to use data to optimize at different stages of the funnel.
- Experience in tracking industry trends and understanding what motivates buyers.
- Instinct for what great customer experience looks like in different mediums and an experimental mindset when creating programs.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
- Understanding of the HR/Benefits market is a plus.
The target salary range for this position is $105,500 [hiring range min] - $126,150 [hiring range max], and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
