Our team of Sr. Member Marketing Managers each work with a specific set of strategic accounts and partner with benefits leaders from those accounts and our customer success team to drive awareness, enrollment, adoption, and on-going utilization from members and their dependents. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving member enrollment and engagement within our Global customer base.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be a key contributor to our growth by collaborating with customer success, strategic account managers, and our client partners to develop account-specific launch and engagement plans that drive sign-ups, utilization, and revenue across our global customer accounts.
  • Lead strategic marketing discussions with our largest client partners to promote and drive best practices and co-develop ROI-positive marketing plans tailored to their unique global populations.
  • Proactively measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts in terms of impact on overall account, sign-ups, product/service utilization, revenue, retention, and channel performance.
  • Be creative, data-driven, and work cross-functionally to set up and execute testing, optimization, and experimentation. Report results and recommendations for use across the team.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop member marketing materials and campaign assets that build awareness of our global product offerings and drive measurable engagement for company wide initiatives, new products/services, and key client campaigns (assets examples: emails, landing pages, paid media ads, flyers, direct mail, webinar presentations, and member testimonials).
  • Working with Marketing leadership, help to shape, create, and update our global customer playbooks for driving member engagement from key enterprise account segments. Partner with Product Marketing to develop “talk tracks” and assets to support the Revenue team and drive deeper partnership with Global customers
  • Serve as a Marketing Subject Matter Expert in our Global product pod. Collaborates closely with Pod members to advocate for the Global member experience across Product and Marketing activations. Works closely with Pod lead to develop long-term Global engagement strategy and short-term execution of launches, etc.
  • Manage relationship with global marketing agencies to support translations 
  • Be an evangelist for our members within the company, helping everyone understand the distinct populations we serve and how to best support them.

What we expect from you:

  • You have 5+ years of Member Marketing, Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing or similar experience, with at least 2+ years of experience in a high-growth environment; experience in healthcare and/or employer benefits also a plus
  • You are comfortable in a client-facing role and are comfortable presenting engagement plans to them and interacting with them on a daily basis
  • You have experience leveraging a multitude of marketing tactics to create integrated, multi-touch campaigns that drive meaningful engagement
  • You are data-driven and ever-curious about marketing performance; on a quest to measure, understand and optimize your programs, and feel comfortable reporting and presenting on results
  • You have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • You have prior experience working with marketing technology to execute and measure campaigns (i.e. email marketing systems, marketing automation platforms, and/or similar) 
  • You’re masterful at project management and prioritization
  • You’re an advocate for our members

The target salary range for this position is $127,400 - $155,800, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
