This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior NetSuite Consultant (Data Analytics) based in India.

This role sits at the intersection of ERP data, cloud analytics, and business intelligence, where you will design and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions that transform NetSuite and enterprise data into actionable insights. You will lead the full analytics lifecycle, from discovery and data strategy through to data modeling, warehouse architecture, and dashboard delivery. The role combines hands-on technical depth with client-facing leadership, requiring you to translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including ERP, APEX, and data engineering specialists, to ensure seamless integration and high-performance reporting systems. Beyond delivery, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior consultants and defining best practices for analytics architecture. This is a high-impact position suited for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems while shaping how organizations use information to drive decisions.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions built on Oracle and NetSuite ecosystems, ensuring scalable data models, high-quality reporting, and successful client outcomes across the full implementation lifecycle.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions including discovery, data strategy, modeling, ETL, and deployment
  • Design and optimize dimensional data models (fact/dimension structures, SCDs, hierarchies) for performance and scalability
  • Architect analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), and Oracle ADW
  • Develop and maintain SQL/PL/SQL-based transformations and data integration logic
  • Design dashboards, reports, and semantic models that translate business requirements into actionable insights
  • Ensure data governance, quality controls, and secure data flows across integrated systems
  • Collaborate with APEX and ERP teams to integrate analytics into business applications and workflows
  • Define reusable architecture patterns, documentation standards, and analytics best practices
  • Manage client expectations, project delivery timelines, and technical communication across stakeholders
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous capability building within the team
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Oracle-based analytics ecosystems, deep expertise in data modeling, and the ability to bridge business requirements with scalable technical solutions.

    • 6+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI solution design
    • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and/or NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
    • Expert-level SQL/PL/SQL skills with strong understanding of performance tuning
    • Deep knowledge of dimensional modeling (star schema, SCDs, data warehousing concepts)
    • Experience working with Oracle Cloud technologies such as ADW or similar cloud data platforms
    • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical data models and analytics solutions
    • Experience working across industries such as manufacturing, services, distribution, or software preferred
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills
    • Experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants in technical delivery
    • Exposure to Oracle APEX, integration tools, or cloud certifications is a plus
