This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role focused on driving strategic growth across a portfolio of named Retailer and Distributor accounts. You will be responsible for expanding relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing recurring revenue through upsell and expansion initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of consultative selling, account strategy, and executive relationship management. You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into value-driven solutions. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, customer success, and operations. This position requires strong commercial acumen, curiosity about digital commerce trends, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations. Accountabilities:

Responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic network accounts by identifying new business, upsell, and expansion opportunities. You will lead executive-level engagements and coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive account success.

  • Plan and execute structured account activities including discovery sessions, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute joint account success plans aligned with customer KPIs and business objectives
  • Partner with internal teams such as sales engineering, customer success, services, and renewals to close opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to provide strategic insights and thought leadership to clients
  • Drive ARR growth by expanding adoption and strengthening long-term customer value
  • Requirements:

    This role requires strong consultative selling experience within complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally in high-growth or technology-driven industries. You should be confident engaging senior executives and managing long, strategic sales cycles.

    • 8–10 years of experience in client-facing, consultative sales, business development, or account management roles
    • Proven experience managing complex enterprise or multi-stakeholder evaluations
    • Strong ability to build executive relationships and influence decision-making
    • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with high emotional intelligence
    • Highly organized, with experience managing structured pipelines and execution plans
    • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
    • Curiosity for digital commerce, retail ecosystems, and evolving industry trends
