This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior OCM Consultant based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the people side of large-scale technology implementations and business transformation initiatives. As a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will design and execute change strategies that drive adoption, readiness, and long-term business success. You will collaborate with project leaders, technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure smooth transitions and measurable outcomes. The position combines strategic consulting with hands-on execution across stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change readiness activities. You will play a key role in helping organizations navigate complex transformations while improving the overall employee experience. This is a remote contract opportunity within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment focused on delivering impactful change.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior OCM Consultant, you will support transformation programs by developing and executing effective change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

  • Partner with OCM leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver change initiatives aligned with program objectives and timelines.
  • Lead assigned change management workstreams, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, readiness activities, communications, and adoption planning.
  • Analyze organizational impacts, identify resistance points, and recommend mitigation strategies to support successful transformation outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans, training materials, executive updates, and engagement content tailored to different audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, stakeholder sessions, and feedback activities to gather insights and strengthen adoption.
  • Support the creation of change networks, leadership engagement programs, and employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a consistent end-user experience throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members when needed.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings strong organizational change management expertise, consulting capabilities, and experience supporting complex technology-driven transformations.

    • 5–8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within technology implementations and digital transformation programs.
    • Proven experience supporting enterprise technology deployments such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, ITSM, ServiceNow, AI, or digital workplace solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of change management practices, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training, and user adoption approaches.
    • Ability to translate technical and process changes into clear business impacts and user-focused messages.
    • Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in matrixed environments with multiple teams and competing priorities.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex initiatives in evolving environments.
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing business needs.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
    • Prosci or CCMP certification is preferred.
    • Additional experience with project or program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP is a plus.
