Senior Order Management and Collections Specialist
Job Description
As the Senior Order Management and Collections Specialist, you will ensure that all orders are processed, invoices are accurate and sent out timely, and liaison with customers to ensure timely payments. You will have excellent attention to detail, solve problems, and partner cross-functionally to support Order to Cash workflows.
Responsibilities:Ensure all orders are processed timely and accurately in NetSuite.
Review contracts and identify any non-standard terms that could impact bookings, invoicing or revenue recognition.
Process all invoicing and ensure invoices are sent to customers timely.
Coordinate collection efforts for past due invoices.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.
Complete vendor set up forms and onboarding in customer portals.
Assist in month end close process and metric reporting.
Support audit and ad-hoc analysis.
Communicate roadblocks and provide strategic input to management.
Provide input for on-going projects to enable scalability and new business initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally with Deals Desk, Legal, Sales, Internal Tools and Support teams.
High attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Organized and able to juggle priorities.
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Minimum of 5 years in Order Management and Collections. Alternatively public accounting background with minimum of 2 years in related operational role.
SaaS or Software industry experience.
Prior experience with NetSuite (Salesforce, Stripe, Avalara experience is a plus).
Intermediate in Excel
Pay:
Target pay range for a Level ____ in San Francisco/Bay Area: $111,000 - $130,000*
*Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
