This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager based in India.

This role is a high-impact opportunity within a global paid media environment, focused on driving performance marketing excellence for some of the world’s leading brands. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale paid search campaigns while ensuring strong performance, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. The position blends hands-on campaign execution with strategic input, requiring both analytical depth and client-facing expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven setting where innovation and continuous improvement are key. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to broader paid media strategy development. Accountabilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and key performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality client-facing reports, insights, and performance presentations aligned with global standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and ad networks to ensure effective campaign delivery and continuous process improvement.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, client onboarding, and business development initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior team members while helping shape best practices within the paid search function.
  • Stay up to date with evolving paid search trends, tools, and platform innovations to enhance campaign strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment on strategy, performance, and expectations.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns in a performance marketing or digital agency environment.
    • Strong hands-on expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
    • Proven ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
    • Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality business and performance reports.
    • Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding models, keyword management, and audience targeting.
    • Excellent communication and business writing skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
    • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is highly desirable.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt strategies in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
    • Ability to work effectively in global or cross-functional teams, including alignment with international time zones.
