Guild is hiring for a Senior Partnerships Enablement Manager to help accelerate our ability to launch, implement, and operationalize employer and learning by equipping the team with critical product knowledge, process information, and functional skills. In this role, you will embed in the Marketplace Operations team to find opportunities for development, work cross-functionally to build and complete learning experiences, and measure the impact of Enablement support.Â
As a Senior Enablement Manager you will provide the Marketplace Operations team with the information, training, content, and coaching they need to be successful on the job. This role could include:
- Serving as a strategic thought-partner to Marketplace Operations (e.g. SVP and VP-Level) to shape skill training and development strategy
- Designing a relevant and an effective enablement approach for Marketplace Operations teams by identifying the near-term and long-term competencies, skills, and behaviors that are essential to success
- Delivering a comprehensive training and coaching plan for teams in alignment with the identified skills and competencies
- Build and maintain knowledge management resources for on-demand access and use
- Developing and managing knowledge assessments to determine the impact of training
- Facilitating training on skills and behaviors that are essential to the job
- Contributing to the growth of the Partnerships Enablement function and executing on other special projects, as needed.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have some or all of the following:
- 7+ years of enablement experience or learning and training experience
- Experience working in enablement is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive the strategic direction and execution of multiple initiatives
- Experience working in a heavily cross-functional environment with senior leadership
- Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on developing scalable processes
- Strong communication, facilitation, and content development skills
- Desire to learn, grow, and evolve within a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentÂ

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $135,000-$156,750 as well as variable compensation (bonus) eligibility and company stock options.
