Job Description
The Sr. Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ongoing administration of all transactions, policies, and processes associated with our global payroll program.

US Payroll Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execute semi-monthly payroll via Workday
- Analyze, prepare and input necessary data (timesheets, OT, expenses, commissions, bonuses, incentive awards, and RSU vesting, etc.)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide employees with information as requested
- Partner with Benefits Administrator and FSA/HSA and Cobra vendors to resolve any payroll related issues (integration file, contributions, enrollments, etc.)
- Communicate with third party benefits providers
- Review various payroll reports and payroll register to ensure accuracy
- Monitor Benefit interface to ensure accurate benefit deductions as well as regular salaried payroll
- Partner with People Operations to ensure necessary data in Workday and other systems to onboard new hires and any changes which affect payroll
- Act as a liaison with ADP for all tax filing and year end tasks
- Scan, create OSV and/or ADP ticket and work to completion all payroll / tax related mail
- Process on-demand pay when necessary
- Partner with Benefits Administrator and Fidelity on all 401k tasks and resolve any employee payroll related issues
- Partner with OSV and Finance to ensure monthly reconciliation of benefits is executed and payments processed
- Provide payroll data for audits
- Test new Workday Payroll functionality in advance of releases
- Manage year-end tasks
International Payroll Procedures include, but are not limited to:

- Analyze, prepare and send necessary data (commissions, bonuses, salary changes, terminations, incentive awards, and RSU vesting, etc. to vendors
- Review pay slips for accuracy and approve vendor payments
- Act as a liaison between international employees and payroll vendors
- Partner with vendors to complete audits
- Manage year-end tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of global payroll administration experience
- Experience with Workday Payroll preferred
- Experience with ADP tax filing services and Smart Compliance preferred
- Knowledge of geographically mobile employee payroll implications and payroll related to equity compensation and employee stock purchase plans preferred
- Must have the ability to lead a variety of projects from start to finish, including needs identification and assessment, gap and modeling analysis, solution design and implementation
- Must have exceptional attention to detail, drive for data integrity and strong planning, organization, communication and problem solving skills
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, leadership and vendors
- Must be able to use discretion in handling confidential and/or proprietary information
