This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Power Platform Technical Consultant based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver advanced Microsoft Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
You will act as a technical leader, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative applications.
The position combines hands-on development, architecture, consulting, and client collaboration.
You will work across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure integrations, and modern application lifecycle practices.
The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to guide stakeholders through complex solutions.
You will contribute to successful digital transformation initiatives while supporting knowledge sharing and technical excellence within a collaborative remote environment.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Power Platform Technical Consultant, you will lead the technical design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions while partnering with clients and internal teams to create impactful business applications.

  • Lead technical discovery sessions, requirements analysis, solution evaluations, and architecture discussions with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Design, configure, and develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate cloud flows, business rules, Power Fx, and related capabilities.
  • Build platform extensions using technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, Dataverse Web API, custom APIs, and custom connectors when required.
  • Design secure integrations with Dataverse and Azure services, including authentication, error handling, performance optimization, and operational support considerations.
  • Define data models, migration strategies, synchronization approaches, data mappings, and quality controls to support reliable enterprise solutions.
  • Create technical documentation including solution designs, integration diagrams, process flows, estimates, deployment plans, risks, assumptions, and support materials.
  • Implement application lifecycle management practices using solutions, source control, environment variables, Power Platform Pipelines, and CI/CD automation.
  • Perform testing, peer reviews, troubleshooting, performance analysis, production support, and root-cause investigations.
  • Lead technical walkthroughs, communicate project progress and risks, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives across technical delivery teams.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise combined with consulting experience, development skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

    • 5+ years of hands-on consulting or development experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
    • Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations in customer-facing technical roles.
    • Advanced knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven applications, Power Automate, data modeling, and platform configuration.
    • Strong development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Power Platform extension patterns.
    • Experience designing integrations, authentication models, error-handling strategies, and scalable application architectures.
    • Knowledge of application lifecycle management practices, source control, automated deployments, Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
    • Experience troubleshooting application, automation, integration, deployment, and security-related issues.
    • Ability to create clear technical documentation, provide accurate estimates, identify risks, and explain complex technical decisions.
    • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in remote environments.
    • Experience with additional Microsoft technologies such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or related platforms is highly valued.
    • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, AI-enabled business applications, Managed Environments, DLP policies, or Power Platform governance frameworks is a plus.
    • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise is preferred.
