About the jobWe are looking for a Strategic Business Development Director with a background in product strategy and analytics. A key aspect of this role will be developing proposals for new product prototypes by gathering customer requirements through direct relationships with customers and prospects and analyzing market data to identify trends/opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:
- Work with existing customers and prospects to understand their customer engagement vision and the technology gaps that prevent them from realizing it
- Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities
- Create compelling market analysis presentations
- Identify and build relationships with potential strategic customers
- Define experiments and build prototypes to test the validity of the hypotheses and demonstrate those solutions to customers
- Measure the outcomes of the experiments and iterate on the results

Required:- Have strong domain expertise in the areas of CX, SaaS solutions, and Customer Data
- Have experience doing market research and synthesizing hypotheses based on observations
- Demonstrated success in influencing product strategy
- Have an understand complex solution selling processes
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and customers
- Have the ability to set priorities, focus on details and motivate internal and external teams to deliver agreed-upon goals
- Have strong problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Have enterprise exposure and strong customer focus
- Experience in CPaaS
- Have Martech or CDP experience
- MBA or advanced degree in related field
This role will be remote
