Senior Product Designer

This role sits at the heart of a product transformation, where design quality directly shapes how customers experience a fast-evolving SaaS platform.
You will take ownership of refining and elevating product experiences across multiple squads, bringing clarity, polish, and thoughtful judgment to complex workflows.
Working in a high-velocity environment, you will balance strong design craft with real-world product constraints, making smart trade-offs that keep delivery moving.
You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, adapting quickly as customer insights, data, and testing reshape direction.
This is a highly autonomous role where you operate as the sole designer, requiring confidence, speed, and strong prioritization skills.
Your work will directly influence product direction during a critical phase of rebuilding and scaling toward enterprise-ready, AI-powered solutions.
It is an opportunity to define what “great design” looks like in a product undergoing meaningful reinvention.

• Own the end-to-end design of product features and user flows, from early problem framing through high-fidelity execution and post-launch iteration.
• Refine and elevate existing design directions, ensuring final outputs meet a high bar for craft, usability, and visual clarity.
• Make informed trade-offs between design ideals, technical constraints, timelines, and product priorities while maintaining overall product coherence.
• Adapt designs quickly based on customer feedback, research insights, usage data, and prototype testing results.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams across multiple squads, ensuring alignment and consistent execution.
• Leverage and extend the design system, contributing reusable patterns and maintaining consistency across the product.
• Use AI tools fluently across the design process, including research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
• Contribute to design critique and raise overall product quality through strong feedback, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within B2B SaaS, platforms, or complex technical products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, information hierarchy, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to make thoughtful design/product trade-offs and deliver high-quality work under real-world constraints.
• Experience working independently or as a sole designer in fast-paced, multi-team environments.
• Strong fluency in customer research and product data, with good judgment on when to iterate versus ship.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in the design workflow, such as research, ideation, prototyping, or delivery acceleration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across product and engineering teams.
