About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our product categories. This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine market insights, customer needs, and technological advancements to develop products that meet and exceed customer expectations. 

What you will do:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for your category based on market analysis, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring products meet the market needs.
• Collaborate with industrial design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure product development aligns with business objectives and timelines.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies.
• Develop and manage forecast revenue and unit metrics, and ensure product profitability.
• Drive customer research initiatives such as focus groups, usability studies, and consumer surveys to gather insights that inform product features and enhancements.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure product specifications are met, especially with overseas suppliers.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliveries and project scopes are met.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support product launch efforts, ensuring effective market penetration and brand alignment.
• Lead the development of packaging that enhances brand visibility and consumer appeal.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience in the consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-motivated startup environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

• Base range of $100,000-125,000 base salary per year with flexibility depending on background and experience;
