Senior Product Manager - AI/ML

As a Senior Product Manager - AI/ML Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of millions of developers as you build the platform for them to showcase their skills and get hired. You will be responsible for building systems that improve the technical assessment experience both for our customers & candidates.

You will be working on:

• Understand the technical hiring ecosystem market competition and user requirements in detail

• You will own multiple machine-learning solutions used in different parts of the product.

• You will work closely with machine learning teams and other engineering teams to drive the most critical product and platform initiatives in AI/ML

• Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders to communicate AI/ML vision strategy goals status and customer impact

• You will liaise with the legal team to carefully design and launch solutions that comply with regulations in the different regions.

• You will lead the activity of collecting data to benchmark different model’s performance

• You will engage in periodic external audits to certify the solutions have no or minimal bias and to ensure the solutions use AI responsibly.

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience developing & launching products that leveraged AI/ML.

• Overall 5+ years of product management experience and at least 3+ years in managing B2B products.

• Experience driving product vision GTM strategy and design discussions.

• Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.

• Plan and execute product launches working cross-functionally across engineering marketing sales and other product teams

• Having a Bachelor’s degree or certification or courses in AI/ML would be a bonus.
