Taskrabbit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our partnerships product team, focused on our enterprise partner integrations. Our services make it simple and convenient for our partners’ customers to book a Tasker for furniture assembly or installation of retail products. Our cross-functional team is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience and growing both Taskrabbit’s and our partners’ businesses by addressing this customer need across nine countries in North America and Europe. 

As a product manager for booking and integration, you will help deepen our integration with our enterprise partners, and grow our demand and bookings for partner-related tasks. You will be responsible for expanding and improving our integration with our enterprise partners and continually improving the booking experience for people looking for help with furniture assembly and installation. You will also be responsible for identifying problems and opportunities, collaborating on solutions, guiding prioritization, and ultimately delivering value for our customers, our business, and our partners.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about Taskrabbit and the sharing economy, has experience shipping impactful products, and has led cross-functional teams to success. This candidate must also be personable, collaborative and flexible, with the drive to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external. You will have a significant impact on Taskrabbit and the customer experience of our partners on two continents.

• Drive expansion of our system integrations to deliver a better customer experience and growth across all Taskrabbit markets, leading to more work opportunities for our Taskers
• Deliver the product roadmap for our partner product, including how it capitalizes on our marketplace platform, and how it grows the overall Taskrabbit business
• Drive product definition in collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and key business and operational stakeholders to deliver customer and business value quickly, with an eye toward balancing short term improvements and longer term investments
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & demand health, and identify areas of opportunity
• Lead the development of features and experiences that are critical to ensuring high customer satisfaction and, over time, increase repeat use of Taskrabbit
• Clearly communicate the roadmap and outcomes to internal stakeholders, Taskrabbit senior leadership, and partners

• You have a minimum of 5 years in product management, or a highly cross-functional background with technical experience or demonstrated aptitude. Additional experience in other fields is a plus.
• You have direct experience working on external APIs, third-party integrations, or multi-party products like marketplaces or B2B2C.
• You have demonstrated a strong customer focus — doing the research to understand your customers, their mindset, and how your product can help them. You look holistically at the customer journey and deliver top-notch user experiences by partnering closely with design and data science to test and iterate..
• You're an excellent collaborator who gathers input from many sources and distills into a clear action plan, making and communicating trade-off decisions along the way.
• You take a data-informed approach to product management to understand the dynamics of your product and customer behavior.
• You take a hypothesis-driven approach to product development and business growth, and have a bias toward learning through doing. You know how to employ different types of tests to validate ideas before overinvesting in them.
• You value clarity in communication, and demonstrate that through writing and verbal communication.
• You have good business sense and can see the big picture. You can see how impacting one lever in a complex system and marketplace affects many others. 
• You’re excellent at execution and consistently get things done, removing roadblocks and rolling up your sleeves whenever necessary to deliver value for our customers.
• You inspire your teams, giving them context and focusing them on clear, ambitious goals. You’re comfortable driving urgency and leading a team to quick, impactful decisions to achieve those goals.
