Senior Product Manager, CRM

Our growing Product team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help build our customer experience around a feature-rich Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. In partnership with our Group Product Manager, you will own the vision, definition, and delivery of specific components of our CRM solution and will be a key contributor in our overall product strategy. With thousands of customers and a robust partner network, your actions and contributions will have far-reaching impacts on our multi-product business.

What You'll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of user personas across our multi-product business; leverage that to be the sounding board for internal and external stakeholders and customers
• Collaborate and contribute to building out the product roadmap for all things CRM and work closely with numerous stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap, planning and prioritizing objectively
• Guide your scrum team in troubleshooting production-escalation issues with your strong software and technical skills;
• Train internal and external customers on new product features
• Set your engineering team up for success by collaborating with them in sprint activities, providing them with relevant user stories and guiding them in estimation 

Your First 90 Days

In your First 30 Days, you will grow in your understanding of Unanet through the lens of our current product offerings. You will learn what is slated to be delivered over the coming two (2) quarters. With this knowledge, you will help clarify and realign requirements, writing epics and user stories as well as refining them with your team. 

In your First 60 Days, you will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and help them understand our product direction and the reasoning behind it. In partnership with our Group Product Manager and User Experience (UX) team, you will question, redefine, revalidate and solidify our roadmap deliverables. 

In your First 90 Days, you will drive our Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for respective product deliverables. You will evangelize the product roadmap, committing lighthouse customers and defining success metrics for adoption and engagement. You will be the guiding light for your scrum team, executing on defined product deliverables. 

Who You Are

• 4+ years of business-to-business (B2B) software product management experience 
• Prior experience working in Agile development environment
• Strong technical writing and visualization abilities
• Accountability and drive to deliver high-quality products 
• Bachelor's degree

The salary range for this opportunity is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
