Job Description

Team: Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to own and scale the growth strategy for a creative technology product serving a global community of digital creators.
The successful candidate will drive the full customer journey, from awareness and discovery to activation, monetization, and long-term retention.
You will combine strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, partnering across design, engineering, data, and marketing teams.
This position is ideal for a growth-focused product leader who thrives on experimentation, analytics, and measurable business impact.
You will have ownership over key growth initiatives and the ability to shape product experiences used by a passionate creator community.
Join a collaborative, remote-first environment where innovation, creativity, and customer-centric decision-making are at the center of the work.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will own the end-to-end growth ecosystem for a key product area, identifying opportunities, designing experiments, and delivering experiences that improve acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into impactful product decisions.

  • Own the complete growth funnel, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, free-to-paid conversion, monetization, and retention strategies.
  • Define growth hypotheses, design experiments, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to determine what initiatives should scale.
  • Partner with design teams to create intuitive user experiences from initial concepts through final implementation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product improvements, manage priorities, and maintain execution velocity.
  • Monitor product performance through analytics platforms, manage event tracking, and use data to guide roadmap decisions.
  • Identify customer journey gaps and recommend product strategies that improve engagement and business outcomes.
  • Drive experimentation across areas such as pricing, onboarding flows, lifecycle messaging, and in-product experiences.
  • Leverage modern tools, including AI-powered assistants and research technologies, to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customer journeys tailored to different user segments and behaviors.
  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced growth product leader with a strong understanding of subscription businesses, experimentation, and customer behavior. You should combine analytical expertise with strong product judgment and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

    • 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally within B2C SaaS, subscription-based products, or consumer technology platforms.
    • Proven experience owning growth, lifecycle optimization, and funnel improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
    • Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, cohort analysis, conversion metrics, retention, lifetime value (LTV), and revenue optimization.
    • Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives when making product decisions.
    • Solid understanding of subscription economics, pricing strategies, and hybrid or usage-based monetization models.
    • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
    • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, customer messaging, and value proposition development.
    • Experience with creator platforms, music technology, creative tools, or AI-powered personalization is a plus.
    • Exposure to commerce systems, billing, payments, pricing infrastructure, or checkout experiences is beneficial.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation range of $148,320 - $185,400, based on experience and qualifications.
      • Equity opportunities with annual compensation reviews.
      • Unlimited paid time off to support flexibility and work-life balance.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
      • 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and company match.
      • Fully paid parental leave, including extended support for birthing and non-birthing parents.
      • Flexible remote work options with access to office hubs and creative spaces worldwide.
      • Annual learning budget and professional development opportunities.
      • Leadership programs and team ambassador initiatives.
      • Inclusive company events, team meetups, and employee resource groups.
