Senior Product Manager, Machine Learning Platform

Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. As a member of our Machine Learning Platform team, you will lead the development and execution of a company-wide strategy that enables model-builders (primarily Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists) and their teams to more easily leverage, build, and release production-ready models with minimal friction. To best create exceptional product experiences, you will collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to align priorities, provide updates, and gather feedback while building and maintaining strong relationships to foster a culture of trust and teamwork.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado, as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and manage the ML Platform Product roadmap to maximize business impact while ensuring scalability and compatibility with other systems

• Identify and execute on opportunities across the business to drive the adoption of ML-Platform developed to Tools, Libraries, and Frameworks

• Understand and leverage user needs across Ibotta to develop product requirements and set development & investment priorities. Champion programs centered around education and support for ML Platform users.

• Ensure product success throughout full product lifecycle from ideation to full launch and ongoing support

• Build and maintain relationships across the business to collaborate and effectively communicate priorities, plans, updates, and feedback

• Leverage critical metrics to provide actionable recommendations

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years as a Platform Product Manager

• BA/BS Degree in business or technology is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to create and execute a vision for a centralized infrastructure that supports technical practitioners across the organization in a variety of use cases

• You combine a strong product sense, robust ML/Engineering expertise, and excellent communication skills to define, explain, and execute your vision and roadmap.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in MLOps, DevOps, or Data/Engineering Enablement 

• Ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels to ensure that your solutions drive real business impact

• Desire to become a subject matter expert on your domain and represent its strategy to senior leadership

• Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners

• Comfort navigating product challenges in a high-growth environment, working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture, and leading a team through dynamic change

• Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal) that shepherd stakeholders along and bolster your decisions with focus and brevity
