About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and growth of our Align Platform, focusing on the "web" channel. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with a dynamic team of engineers, designers, AI/ML specialists, and GTM functions to deliver cutting-edge advertising solutions. If you're passionate about leveraging AI/ML technology to revolutionize advertisement delivery and have a track record of building products from the ground up, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the "web" channel of our Align Platform, in close collaboration with another product manager overseeing the platform's other channels.
• Engage deeply with customers and users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into the product development process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, AI/ML experts, sales, and marketing, to bring product visions to life.
• Exhibit a strong bias for action, taking initiative to drive product development from conception through launch and beyond.
• Utilize your expertise in AI/ML technologies to innovate and enhance our advertising solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align product development with business goals and market demands.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully building and launching products from scratch.
• Exceptional ability to gather and act on customer feedback, translating it into actionable product features and improvements.
• Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Familiarity with the adtech landscape and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the advertising sector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for bridging technical and business worlds.
• Experience working with GTM functions, including sales and marketing, to support product launches and drive adoption.
