Accountabilities:
The Senior Product Manager - AI Enablement will own the strategy, development, and adoption of internal AI products and automation solutions. This role requires a combination of product thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on execution to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into scalable solutions.
- Lead discovery efforts across business teams to identify workflows, processes, and opportunities where AI can drive meaningful improvements.
- Prioritize AI automation initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and long-term strategic value.
- Build early prototypes of AI agents and automation workflows using modern AI tools and frameworks to validate concepts quickly.
- Translate prototypes and user needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and implementation plans for engineering teams.
- Define quality standards for AI solutions, including evaluation frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, and performance criteria.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to remove blockers, make product decisions, and ensure successful delivery.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools by supporting rollout strategies, gathering feedback, and continuously improving user experiences.
- Establish and maintain the AI product roadmap, defining the evolution of internal AI capabilities and platforms.
- Promote responsible AI practices by ensuring security, reliability, and effective use of AI systems across the organization.
- Professional software engineering experience with a track record of building and shipping production software.
- Experience owning products or technical initiatives end to end, such as through product management, technical founding roles, engineering leadership, or similar positions.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM-powered applications, AI agents, automation workflows, or generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, evaluation methods, and common failure patterns.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Proven experience building products or tools from 0-to-1 and driving initiatives from concept through execution.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience working in documentation-driven environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, finance, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, agent frameworks, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $225,000 - $300,000.
