Job Description
Our team is looking for a Senior Product Owner to support our CRM offering. Your strength will come from your dedicated scrum team, one that is comprised of senior engineers that have built and maintained advanced web applications in multiple other organizations. With over 3,500 customers, your contributions will have far-reaching impact on our fast-growing product line.
What You'll Do
Your First 90 Days
In your First 30 Days , you will learn our product from the lens of its current capabilities as well as what we're executing on in the quarters to come. In partnership with your Group Product Manager, you'll clarify and realign requirements, helping refactor user stories and increasing our likelihood of success. Working with your Scrum Master as well as Team and Tech Leads, you'll gain a better understanding of your team's nuances as well as capabilities.
In your First 60 Days, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to help understand the direction we're going in and why. Empowered by what you've learned, you will work with your Group Product Manager to question, redefine, and reprioritize our roadmap for the next three (3) quarters. In partnership with your Scrum Team, you will help solidify our future deliverables.
In your First 90 Days, you will help plan our roadmap for the next two (2) quarters. You will guide your Scrum Team as they execute on that plan. Further, you'll engage with fellow Product Owners to define, rank, and groom cross-team dependencies, ensuring our planned initiatives are deliverable.

The salary range for this opportunity is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. You will be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time. What You'll Do
- Own and manage the intake of work to the product backlog, including day-to-day grooming and prioritization; facilitating iteration planning efforts to ensure your development team has organized work
- Set your engineering team up for success by collaborating with them in scrum activities, providing them with relevant user stories and guiding them in estimation
- Understand the industry we serve and our user personas
- Partner with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute on our product roadmap, planning and prioritizing objectively

Who You Are
- 3+ years' product owner experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to collect business, functional and technical requirements
- Strong technical writing and visualization skills
- Strong execution and product delivery skills, including ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to identify gaps, program risks, and proactively address them
- Attitude that encourages collaboration, self-organization, accountability, and a drive to deliver high-quality products
- Values teamwork analysis, design, and execution for high-impact product initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Your Differentiators
- Prior experience with CRM software products preferred
- Prior experience working in or supporting the Government Contracting (GovCon) or Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industries
- Prior experience with JIRA
