Senior Product Owner, ERP

Our team is looking for a Senior Product Owner who will help enable our journey of realigning our customer experience around a feature-rich and open ERP platform. In collaboration with Product Management, you will own the definition and delivery of specific features of our ERP solution and will be a key contributor in our overall product strategy. With over 3,500 customers and a robust partner network, your actions and contributions will have far-reaching impact on one of Unanet's fastest-growing product line.
What You'll Do

• Research, define, and design requirements and scope through epics, user stories, and diagrams
• Helping to define quarterly plan objectives, goals, and deliverables with other team members
• Validate functionality and workflows to ensure we're solving the right problems for our customers
• Understand our customer profiles and user personas for our fastest-growing product line by serving as the voice of our customer for your engineering team
• Partner with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute on our product roadmap by planning and prioritizing objectively
• Set your engineering team up for success by collaborating with them in sprint activities, providing them with relevant user stories and guiding them in estimation
• Own and manage the intake of work to your product backlog including day-to-day grooming and prioritization; facilitating iteration planning efforts to ensure your development team has organized work
• Manage a balance of net new feature work (50%) and ticket-based work (50%), partnering with development and quality assurance to triage, troubleshoot and recreate tickets

Your First 90 Days
In your First 30 Days, you will understand Unanet from the lens of our current product capabilities and roadmap. You will clarify and realign requirements by refactoring user stories, increasing our success in delivery. Working with our Scrum Master and Lead Engineers, you will grow in your understanding of your team's nuances and capabilities.
In your First 60 Days, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to understand the direction we're going in and why. Empowered by what you have learned, you will partner with Product Management to question, redefine, and revalidate your team's roadmap for the next three (3) quarters. Working with your Scrum Team, you will define and solidify those deliverables.
In Your First 90 Days, you will work with Product Management to build a success plan for all new deliverables. You will be the guiding light for your Scrum Team as they execute on your defined deliverables. You will engage with other Product Owners to proactively define, rank and groom work backlogs for roadmap initiatives.
Who You Are

• 5+ years of software product owner experience in an Agile environment
• Ability to identify gaps, program risks, and proactively address them
• Strong technical writing and visualization skills
• Comfortable with technical architecture and can map out data flow diagrams with ease
• Strong planning, execution, and product delivery skills
• Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders to collect business, functional, and technical product requirements
• Attitude that encourages collaboration, self-organization, accountability, and a drive to deliver high-quality products
• Values teamwork analysis, design, and execution for high-impact product initiatives
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Your Differentiators

• Prior experience with ERP and/or Accounting software solutions
• Experience in the Government Contracting (GovCon) or the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries
• Experience leading scrum teams, bringing multiple B2B software feature enhancements and bug fixes to market
• Working knowledge of JIRA

The salary range for this opportunity is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. You will be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
