Senior Program Manager (Client Engineering)

About the Role

The transportation industry has no shortage of complex problems requiring creative solutions to scale efficiently. In this role, you will be overseeing the life cycle of multiple projects in the program, that is, initiation through implementation, across multiple domains of the organizations and collaborating with internal/external customers as well as vendors.

Responsibilities

• Creating Program / Project Plans for Technical Readiness for our customer go-live implementation plans
• Manage Programs / Projects Inception to Closure
• Manage Risks and Issues during Program / Project Lifecycle
• Manage Quality of the Program / Project Deliverables
• Manage Change Request Process
• Managing Program / Project Interdependencies
• Collaborate with the Product Managers and Sr. Agile Project Managers / Agile Project Managers (APMs)
• Create and Provide Status Reports and Metrics for effective management of the Program / Project
• Implement process improvements required for the effective Program / Project management
• Manage all program documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of Program or Project Management experience
• PMP or Scrum Certification will be a plus
• Highly analytical and organized
• Strong Planning, Resource and Stakeholder Management
• Adept at conflict resolution
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Compassion, empathy, positivity, and passion

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Program / Project Management
• Experience in Managing Stakeholders expectations
• Experience in Managing Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Risks and Resources
• Experience working with Smartsheets
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience in logistics industry
