This role sits at the center of high-impact sales and marketing operations, supporting business development teams in producing winning proposals and strategic client-facing materials. You will oversee the full lifecycle of complex RFPs, presentations, and commercial deliverables, ensuring every output is strategically aligned, compelling, and execution-ready. Operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will bring structure, clarity, and coordination across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Your work will directly influence business wins by transforming sales strategies into persuasive narratives and high-quality submissions. You will collaborate closely with sales, creative, and subject matter experts to elevate messaging, storytelling, and brand consistency. This is a highly visible role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on project execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, proposals, presentations, and other strategic sales deliverables from initiation through final submission.
  • Facilitate kickoff and strategy sessions to define win themes, value propositions, messaging priorities, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, compliance matrices, and structured workflows to ensure alignment and execution efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, setting clear priorities, deadlines, and expectations to keep all deliverables on track.
  • Partner with sales leadership to translate business strategy into compelling, client-focused narratives that drive engagement and win outcomes.
  • Develop and refine high-quality written content including executive summaries, case studies, bios, and tailored proposal sections.
  • Improve and maintain templates, content libraries, and operational tools to increase consistency, efficiency, and quality across submissions.
  • Lead post-submission reviews to identify improvements, capture insights, and continuously enhance win rates and processes.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 4–6+ years of experience in project management, RFP development, or sales and marketing operations within a deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a high level of attention to grammar, clarity, and structure.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
    • Experience with RFP management tools (e.g., Loopio) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign) is a strong plus.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, coordinate, and collaborate across diverse teams.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, plus bonus eligibility
      • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
      • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and 11 paid holidays
      • Flexible, deadline-oriented work environment
      • Opportunities for professional growth in a high-performance, business development setting
      • Exposure to large-scale, high-impact commercial pursuits and strategic projects.
