We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions, including senior leadership roles within our Growth, Marketing, Content, and Product teams. You will act as a tactical partner to hiring managers, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent to meet the company's hiring needs. The ideal candidate has a passion for identifying exceptional talent across the company and building high-performing teams.

This is a 6-month contract position (potential for extension) working 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full cycle recruitment by collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies through recruiting channels (e.g. your network, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other third-party job boards) to identify and attract top talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with People team members and senior leadership to understand business objectives and assist in the timely delivery of solutions
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skills levels, conduct reference checks, and facilitate offer calls
  • Effectively communicate the Study.com vision and value proposition
  • Leverage A.I. and automation in our ATS to streamline recruiting workflows

What You’ll Bring To The Role:

  • 5-7 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in sourcing and utilizing recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, and other third-party job boards)
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain organization, and exhibit initiative and flexibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Greenhouse experience preferred

The range for this contract position will be $50-100 per hour dependent on market rates, skills, qualifications, and experience.
