Job Description

Team: Recruiting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in United States.

This role is a high-impact, hands-on recruiting position responsible for building and scaling the full talent acquisition engine of a fast-growing, remote-first organization. You will own the end-to-end hiring process across multiple business functions, ensuring consistent access to high-quality talent pipelines. As the first dedicated recruiter in the business, your work will directly shape the company’s ability to grow efficiently and sustainably. The role requires strong sourcing instincts, structured hiring processes, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with leadership, acting as a key driver of workforce planning and execution. This is an opportunity to build recruiting systems from the ground up while directly influencing business growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles annually, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across marketing, sales, creative, and operations functions to ensure continuous hiring readiness.
  • Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche industry communities.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates through structured assessments and interviews.
  • Manage interview coordination, reference checks, and end-to-end offer processes.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and early retention.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience to support scalable hiring operations.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a marketing agency, SaaS, or remote-first environment.
    • Proven ability to consistently fill roles within fast turnaround timelines (ideally under 30 days).
    • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills across high-volume and high-judgment hiring needs.
    • Excellent written communication skills with comfort in asynchronous, remote-first workflows.
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent hiring pipelines.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruiting operations.
    • Based in the United States with availability during core working hours (9am–5pm CT).
    • Benefits:

      • Remote-first work environment with full work-from-home flexibility.
      • Flexible scheduling to support autonomy and work-life balance.
      • Performance-based bonus tied to successful hires.
      • Opportunity to directly shape and scale a fast-growing talent function.
      • High ownership role with direct exposure to company leadership and decision-making.
      • Dynamic, growth-oriented environment with significant impact on business expansion.
