Job description

Team: Recruiting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling, high-growth organization where recruiting is treated as a core business driver rather than a support function. You will own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, including Engineering, Go-To-Market, and G&A, supporting both US and EMEA expansion. The position requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for building pipelines from scratch when needed and ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate expectations, and drive efficient, high-velocity hiring processes. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will have significant visibility and influence across the organization. This is a high-impact role designed for a recruiter who thrives in ownership-heavy environments and wants to shape how teams are built during a critical growth phase.

Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of 10–15 concurrent roles across Engineering, GTM, and G&A functions, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, building high-quality pipelines using advanced search techniques and targeted outreach when inbound demand is insufficient.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and ensure consistent hiring standards across teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a structured and transparent hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records to ensure visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress.
  • Drive offer negotiations and closing processes, managing expectations and navigating competing offers effectively.
  • Contribute to recruiting operations by improving workflows, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting regular hiring analytics and reporting.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or in agency roles with significant exposure to internal recruiting functions.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different business functions without compromising quality.
    • Strong sourcing expertise, with the ability to independently build pipelines from scratch using Boolean search and outbound strategies.
    • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or similar systems.
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and minimal structure.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers effectively.
    • Based in the United States with availability during standard US business hours.
    • Benefits:

      • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
      • Direct access to senior leadership, including close collaboration with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
      • High-impact role with ownership over multiple business functions and hiring strategy influence.
      • Opportunity to shape hiring processes and team structure during a key growth phase.
      • Exposure to a fast-scaling, global organization operating at the intersection of technology and performance-driven business.
      • Collaborative and high-ownership culture focused on speed, excellence, and continuous improvement.
