This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to support high-impact recruitment initiatives for defense-related programs across the United States. In this fully remote role, you will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for cleared technical and military-affiliated talent while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring operations. You will play a key role in optimizing recruitment workflows, coordinating hiring activities, and maintaining compliance with security and personnel requirements. This position is ideal for a highly organized recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, values precision, and enjoys contributing to mission-critical workforce initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for cleared civilian, military, and technical professionals supporting defense-related programs across the United States.
  • Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates while building strong talent pipelines for specialized positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, leadership meetings, and hiring logistics to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment priorities, staffing plans, and hiring objectives across multiple projects.
  • Track staffing activities, personnel actions, onboarding documentation, and recruitment metrics while maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with applicable security clearance requirements and personnel policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen hiring processes.
  • Handle sensitive personnel information with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience recruiting or sourcing cleared civilian, military, or Department of Defense personnel.
    • Experience supporting U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, or joint military organizations.
    • Strong understanding of military personnel processes, security clearance requirements, administrative procedures, and workforce operations.
    • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized or security-sensitive roles.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment administration tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience supporting senior military or civilian leadership is highly desirable.
    • Previous recruiting experience supporting Hanscom Air Force Base is preferred.
    • Active or previously held U.S. Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
