Accountabilities:

The Senior Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels by developing and executing strategic pricing, distribution, and demand optimization initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to hospitality partners.

  • Analyze hotel performance data and implement pricing, yield, channel, and e-commerce strategies to improve revenue outcomes.
  • Lead and participate in revenue strategy meetings with hotel owners, general managers, sales leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic recommendations, and proactive revenue guidance.
  • Present performance insights, recommendations, and results to ownership groups and investment stakeholders.
  • Review daily performance reports and identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational improvements, and strategic adjustments.
  • Manage online travel agency relationships, promotional opportunities, and digital strategies to increase visibility and booking conversion.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to uncover additional revenue opportunities for assigned properties.
  • Support the creation and improvement of revenue management tools, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Optimize room revenue and RevPAR performance across a portfolio of approximately 8–15 hotels.
  • Monitor rate consistency and availability across booking channels to maximize revenue potential.
  • Provide guidance on industry trends, brand updates, and actionable commercial opportunities to hotel teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve revenue management capabilities and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality revenue professional with a strong understanding of hotel operations, commercial strategy, and performance optimization. They should be comfortable managing complex portfolios, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and working collaboratively in a technology-driven environment.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management.
    • Advanced knowledge of multiple major hotel brands, systems, and revenue management practices.
    • Experience managing high-performing hotels in competitive and dynamic markets.
    • Proven ability to present business insights and recommendations to ownership groups, investors, and executive stakeholders.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging external clients.
    • Solid understanding of hotel operations and hospitality industry dynamics.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare professional reports and communications.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
