This role sits at the core of the revenue engine, ensuring seamless execution of the quote-to-cash process while enabling scalable and compliant deal structures across a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will act as a key connector between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Systems, driving operational excellence and consistency in deal management. The position combines strategic revenue operations work with hands-on deal desk ownership, supporting both day-to-day execution and long-term planning initiatives. You will play a critical role in improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and commercial decision-making through data-driven insights. In a highly collaborative and cross-functional setup, you will help streamline processes that directly impact revenue growth and efficiency. Accountabilities
In this role, you will oversee and optimize revenue operations and deal desk activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable revenue processes across the organization. You will manage deal execution while enabling strategic insights that support sales performance and planning.
- Own end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, including order management, deal structuring, approvals, pricing, and booking accuracy.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deals, partnering with Sales to structure agreements and remove operational blockers.
- Manage deal desk intake, prioritization, and SLA adherence to ensure timely deal turnaround.
- Support annual revenue planning activities, including territory design, segmentation, quota setting, and capacity planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Business Systems teams.
- Identify inefficiencies across revenue workflows and drive process improvements and system enhancements.
- Enforce compliance with pricing policies, booking rules, and governance standards while mitigating operational risks.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles in SaaS or high-growth companies.
- Strong expertise in quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, discounting, approvals, and order management.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel, and reporting/BI tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable revenue and sales insights.
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates.
- Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams.
- Familiarity with forecasting and planning tools (e.g., Clari or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate in fast-paced environments.
