This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of artificial intelligence, sales, and technical enablement. You will empower partners to confidently design, build, and deliver AI-driven solutions by translating complex product capabilities into practical, real-world applications. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will guide partners through onboarding, solution development, and customer engagements. The position combines hands-on technical work with teaching, coaching, and strategic collaboration across multiple teams. You will play a critical role in scaling partner success and driving adoption of innovative AI technologies. Accountabilities:
- Enable partners to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions through hands-on technical guidance and structured learning programs
- Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and interactive labs to strengthen partner capabilities and independence
- Support partner onboarding and certification processes, ensuring readiness across the full solution lifecycle
- Assist with development tasks including JavaScript coding, debugging, API integrations, and flow-based logic implementation
- Provide guidance on web-based integrations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for embedding and extending solutions
- Act as a technical advisor during demos, proofs of concept, and strategic partner-led opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Services teams to align on best practices and technical standards
- Translate new product features and updates into clear, actionable guidance for partner ecosystems
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including hands-on coding and debugging experience in real-world environments
- Solid experience working with APIs, integrations, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with conversational AI concepts, flow-based logic, and context-driven application design
- Background in customer-facing technical roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Consulting
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Passion for enablement, with experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or coaching programs
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across sales, product, and engineering teams
