The position involves working on high-value enterprise opportunities, including proof-of-value projects, demos, and RFP responses that influence strategic buying decisions.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and deep-dive workshops to identify customer needs and define tailored solution strategies across CX and AI platforms.
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and technical presentations that clearly communicate business impact.
  • Support RFP/RFI processes by crafting differentiated, high-quality technical responses and solution narratives.
  • Architect and prototype integrations and solutions using APIs, conversational AI, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Partner with sales teams to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates through technical expertise and solution design.
  • Stay current on competitive positioning, AI trends, and customer experience technologies to strengthen solution messaging.
  • Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing across sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, or enterprise sales architecture roles.
    • Strong background in customer engagement or consulting roles, ideally within enterprise software environments.
    • 5+ years of experience in contact center, CCaaS, or customer experience technology domains.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with APIs, enterprise SaaS architecture, and system integrations.
    • Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or automation platforms.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to revenue and operational outcomes.
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with a consultative mindset.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex deals and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
    • Experience with AI-assisted development tools is highly valued.
