Team: Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Executive, Technology Services based in the United States.

This is a high-impact, enterprise-level sales role focused on driving growth across the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance ecosystem through innovative technology solutions. The position sits at the intersection of consultative selling and digital transformation, where you will engage senior decision-makers to solve complex operational challenges using AI-driven automation, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics. You will be responsible for both acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding strategic relationships within existing accounts. The role requires navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in highly regulated environments. It offers significant autonomy in a remote-first setup, with extensive travel to engage clients and industry stakeholders. This is an opportunity to directly influence how insurance organizations modernize their operations and technology landscape.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business development by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value enterprise opportunities within the insurance technology and services space.
  • Expand existing strategic accounts by deepening relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and increasing solution adoption across client organizations.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles, including stakeholder mapping, solution positioning, and navigation of procurement and approval processes.
  • Develop tailored, value-driven proposals that align advanced technology solutions with client operational and digital transformation needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage pricing discussions, and close high-value deals while ensuring mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships across carriers, agencies, and MGAs to support long-term partnership growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to continuously refine sales strategy and positioning.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales of complex technology solutions, SaaS, or managed IT/technology services.
    • Proven track record of selling into the P&C insurance industry or similar highly regulated sectors.
    • Strong expertise in consultative, value-based selling and building multi-layered enterprise proposals.
    • Experience managing full sales cycles including forecasting, pipeline management, and closing large-scale deals.
    • Deep understanding of insurance operations, digital transformation, and emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
    • Familiarity with insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Vertafore, Majesco, Insurity, Applied Epic) strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for non-technical audiences.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar pipeline management systems.
    • Strong strategic mindset, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure.
      • Annual performance bonus eligibility based on results.
      • 100% employer-paid health insurance coverage starting on day one.
      • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits available immediately upon hire.
      • Generous paid time off package including holidays and floating holidays.
      • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
      • Opportunity to work at the forefront of insurance technology innovation and digital transformation.
      • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities in a rapidly evolving industry.
      • Exposure to high-value enterprise accounts and strategic industry relationships.
