The GTM Systems team is responsible for building optimizing and scaling the technology ecosystem that powers CoreWeave's Sales Marketing Customer Success Revenue Operations and Finance organizations. We partner across the business to deliver reliable scalable systems and processes that enable growth improve operational efficiency and support exceptional customer experiences.
As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator you will own the administration optimization and scalability of Salesforce and related GTM technologies that support Sales Marketing Customer Success and Revenue Operations. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions improve operational efficiency and drive user adoption.
Who You Are:- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including profiles permission sets role hierarchy and sharing models
- Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes
- Hands-on experience supporting GTM technologies such as Gong Outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations including SSO provisioning authentication and user lifecycle management
- Experience working within SOX-controlled environments
- Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced rapidly evolving environment
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Experience in high-growth SaaS cloud infrastructure AI or enterprise technology companies
- Working knowledge of Apex SOQL APIs and Salesforce integrations
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset Copado or similar solutions
- Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue Quote-to-Cash Customer Success and Partner business processes

The base salary range for this role is $153000 to $204000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
