Senior Salesforce Business Architect

As a Senior Business Architect on the Neocol Business Consulting Team, you will clearly articulate business requirements for our subscription based clients with a focus on Revenue Cloud . You’ll be analyzing data, success metrics, objectives, making recommendations and changes to improve our customers’ experience. 

Our Business Architects design solutions using Salesforce products. The primary responsibility is to simplify complex scenarios and apply industry best practices to ensure our customers stay competitive in an ever changing environment. You must be a big picture thinker and in-depth problem solver.

In this Role you will

• Facilitate discovery workshop sessions with Client stakeholders to understand and document requirements and business processes
• Gain alignment and approval of solution requirements & acceptance criteria working closely with our Business Analyst team
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Facilitate solution demonstrations (sprint and final demo’s) efficiently
• Create solution documentation that is scalable for the client
• Support the broader delivery team in their execution of change management and quality assurance based on our final solution requirements

What You Will Need to Succeed

• You put our customers needs first to give them a world class experience and satisfaction on the platform
• You’re a self-starter with experience matching user requirements to CPQ, Billings & Salesforce solutions. 
• You are highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneously working both collaboratively as well as independently.
• Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI for our clients
• Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.
• You are very comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
• You are agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.
• Experience in at least two medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations, with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
• Salesforce CPQ and/or Developer certifications. Billing experience and accreditations are a plus, but must have the ability to achieve these shortly after hire.
• Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite & LucidChart
• Knowledgeable about the following is a plus: Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau/CRM, NetSuite/ARM
